a pleasing peanut butter sweet with nuts and coconut, all dipped in chocolate. these will quickly come to be considered one of your favored Christmas chocolates! (read on to analyze greater about the call!) This recipe is low carb, sugar unfastened, gluten free. The unique recipe known as for dipping them in chocolate or butterscotch. The butterscotch are my husband’s favored, and i'm working on that. but I haven’t discovered the proper combos for that taste yet. Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • ½ Cup Natural Sugar Free Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Nuts (I used walnuts)
  • ½ Cup Gentle Sweet
  • ¼ Cup Golden Flaxmeal

For the Coating:

  • ½ Cup Trim Healthy Mama Chocolate Chips or Lily's Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Teaspoons Melted Coconut Oil

instructions

  1. In a big bowl, soften butter and peanut butter, then mix nicely.
  2. upload coconut, chopped nuts, gentle candy, and flaxmeal, then stir.
  3. place in the freezer for 15 mins to for mixture to emerge as firm enough to shape into shapes.
  4. cast off from freezer and shape into 2 inch lengthy rectangles/logs. area back within the freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil, and soften. (I do mine in 30 second increments so I do now not scorch the chocolate.)
  6. Stir chocolate nicely, then dip every candy into chocolate and roll to coat.
  7. vicinity on parchment paper or wax paper, and go back to freezer till chocolate hardens. (about 15 minutes or so.)
  8. store in fridge.
