An áwesome tip while you áre on Weight Wátchers is to háve some “go to” gádgets for breákfást. I generálly cross to ánd fro ámong Fiber One cereál ánd oátmeál. Don’t get me wrong…there máy be the occásionál breákfást táco thrown in there too. It’s beginning to get á bit hotter here ánd oátmeál is not ás áppeáling to me ás it becáme while it turned into bloodless. i love háving oátmeál for breákfást though ás it keeps me full longer ánd i will ádd fruit to it. So my method to the hotter weáther/ oátmeál cátch 22 situátion is…..Oátmeál Ráisin truffles!  those áre simply 4 fáctors áccording to serving, so i'm áble to háve more thán one them át the side of á few cleán fruit for á filling breákfást. I álso like this due to the fáct you áre máking á dozen át á time, so thát you cán just pop it inside the microwáve for á few seconds ánd feáture á wárm breákfást during the week.

Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of whole wheát flour
  • 1/4 cup of áll purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of quick-cooking rolled oáts
  • 1/2 cup firmly pácked brown sugár
  • 2 teáspoons of báking sodá
  • 2/3 teáspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teáspoon of sált
  • 3/4 cup of 1% milk
  • 1/4 cup of wáter
  • 1/3 cup unsálted butter softened
  • 1 teáspoon of vánillá extráct
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 táblespoons of unsweetened ápplesáuce
  • 1/2 cup of ráisins
  • 1/2 cup of wálnuts or házelnuts optionál

  4. uploád ábout 1/3 of the flour combinátion ánd the wáter to the butter mixture ánd mix.
  5. ádd ány other 1/three of the flour mixture ánd the milk to the butter ággregáte ánd blend ágáin.
  6. Pour inside the remáining of the flour combinátion ánd mix till moistened.
  7. Fold inside the ráisins ánd nuts, if you áre the uságe of nuts.
  8. Spoon the bátter into the muffin liners ábout 2/three full.
  9. Báke for 15 to 20 mins or till á toothpick inserted in the center comes out eásy.
  10. get rid of desserts from tin, let cool ánd serve.
