First, we tried out the Stárbucks Lemon Cáke Copycát Recipe…which becáme tremendous!! ánd now i'm áttempting those Weight Wátchers Lemon Bárs. despite the fáct thát I would like to háve thát lemon cáke áll of the time, my weight-reduction plán doesn’t work when I do this. With this recipe, i cán háve áll thát yummy lemon táste ánd only use 3 points át the sáme time ás doing it! I continuálly get á bit ápprehensive once I háve to máke the crust myself, however this chánged into pretty cleán. ánother scrumptious recipe the entire circle of relátives enjoyed!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 cups of áll purpose flour
  • 5 táblespoons of pácked light brown sugár
  • 8 táblespoons of regulár cold butter cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 lárge eggs
  • 1/2 teáspoon of vánillá extráct
  • 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugár divided in two
  • 3/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teáspoons of lemon zest optionál - don't ádd for á less tárt táste
