Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Bar

The excellent part of this yummy recipe is they're Keto/Low carb, gluten free and sugar unfastened. however you gained’t be aware the distinction and neither will your circle of relatives. I tried to get my daughter to devour those, but the minute she found out they had been sugar free she modified her thoughts and said they wouldn’t flavor the identical. Our creamy, easy and decadent keto cheesecake bars flavor similar to a snickerdoodle cookie! Sugar free of direction and high fat. the perfect gratifying treat.


Ingredients
For the crust

  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

For the cheesecake

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup granulated sweetener divided into 1/3's
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites whipped
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

For the Crust

  1. combine almond flour, sweetener and baking soda. Pour in butter, blend until crumbly. 
  2. Press into a greased (or covered)  8x8 pan.  Bake for 10 minutes on 350. dispose of from oven and set aside. 

For the Cheesecake

  1. the use of an electric mixer, whip cream cheese and 1/3c sweetener, add vanilla and eggs, preserve to whip till smooth.  
  2. In a small bowl blend the 1/3 c sweetener with the cinnamon. 
  3. Pour cheesecake batter over the crust. Sprinkle cinnamon aggregate over the top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, cast off from oven and chill completely.
  5. these are fine made the day before eating, or as a minimum if permit to sit back for the day. 
  6. reduce into nine same bars and serve!
