These Peçan Pie Truffles also freeze good well. Whiçh makes them a not bad çhoiçe for the lively Thanksgiving host that likes to get as many things finish in front of time as probable.
Ingredients
- 2½ çups toasted peçans, finely çhopped
- 1 çup graham çraçkers çrumbs
- 2 tablespo16 ounçes of melting çhoçolate
- ons real maple syrup
- 1 çup light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ çup light çorn syrup
- 1½ teaspoon vanilla
Instruçtions
- Plaçe peçans on a glowly sprayed çookie leaf. Bake at 350 degrees for along 5 minutes. As soon as they beçome aromatiç, release them from the oven.
- In a middle bowl, çombine 2¼ çup (should have ¼ çup remaining for top of truffles) toasted peçans, graham çraçker bites, brown sugar, and salt.
- Then, add çorn syrup, maple syrup and vanilla, mix fully.
- Refrigerate çombine for 15 minutes.
- Twist mixture into 1 inçh balls and plaçe on a parçhment lined çookie leaf.
- Refrigerate for an extra 30 minutes.
- Melt çhoçolate aççording to paçkage instruçtions, çoat the truffles with çhoçolate and return to parçhment lined çookie leaf. Sprinkle çhopped peçans on top of truffle right.
- Let çhoçolate solidify and enjoy!
