Keto Garlic Cheese Crackers

An smooth low carb and gluten loose cracker made with coconut flour and cheese.  So simple that the leader Taster could even muster up a batch.  nicely, he could if he knew his manner across the kitchen! those are a nice short cracker full of fibre and may be flavoured to your own flavor.  I used dried Oregano and garlic powder however you could use some thing else…possibly chilli and cheese? Yum.. As ever, the awesome coconut flour is used right here keeping it low carb, gluten free and full of fibre! The Mozzarella maintains the cracker wet however you could try and cook dinner them for a piece longer to get a more crispier cracker.  I discover that when they get a dark brown, they're ideally crispy.  but, if they're stored within the fridge overnight they firm up.   The best disadvantage is that they will not closing lengthy sufficient to shop overnight.


Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons (21g) Coconut flour
  • 2 Tablespoons (28g) Butter soft
  • 1/2 Cup (56g) Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
