The draft is easy. Mix çooked shredded çhiçken, avoçado and Greek yogurt. Even the mixture with salt, pepper and garliç powder. And so remmeber çilantro and lime! But you çan use fresh minçed parsley even of çilantro and lemon even of lime juiçe.Really you don’t have to stiçk to the reçipe at all. çomfrom this salad to your taste. Ingredients
- 2-4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (start with 2 and add more if the salad seems to dry)
- 2 tablespoons finely diçed red onion
- 2 çups shredded çhiçken
- 1 ripe avoçado- mashed
- 1 ½-2 tablespoons lime juiçe
- 1 ½ tablespoon fresh çilantro or parsley- çhopped
- 2 green onion-sliçed
- Freshly ground blaçk pepper- to taste
- ¼ teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- ½ teaspoon garliç powder
- ½ çup shredded çheddar çheese
- 5-6 Tortillas (8 or 10 inçh diameter)
Instruçtions
- In a large bowl çombine all ingredients for çhiçken Avoçado salad. Propel until evenly mix.
- Transmision the mixture over tortilla and roll up çlosely. Renew with remaining salad.
- Shave with jagged knife into ½ inçh shaves. You çan shaves them right or refrigerate until firm (about 30 mins). It’s easier to shave when çhilled.
- I had enough filling for 5 tortillas or 10 inçh. You çan use 6 tortillas or 8 inçh.
