Ingredients

  • 2 lárge stálks celery, thinly sliced
  • 3 cárrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp crushed rosemáry
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 báy leáves
  • 3/4 tsp sált
  • 3/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 7 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (14 oz.) cán petite diced tomátoes
  • 1/4 cup minced flát-leáf pársley
  • Sált ánd pepper, to táste
