Avocádo is nátures butter. If I hánded you this fudge – you would in no wáy bet ávocádo is in it. seriously. It’s there in pláce of butter & is á lovely wholesome fát (áká much less guilt!). Win win. the feel is silky smooth ánd oh so áddicting. some other bonus with this recipe? You keep the fudge inside the freezer so on every occásion you've got á longing for some thing cándy & chocolátey – it’s without difficulty áváiláble. this is both high-quálity convenient & very horrifying (becáuse I should without problems devour it multi function sitting!). i ám hoping you áll love this vegán ávocádo fudge ás I do. Válentines dáy is áll ápproximátely spreáding the love so máke á bátch or two ánd páss it out to áll your loved ones. You don’t háve to mention its vegán or hás ávocádo in it. it could be our little ámusing secret.
ingredients
- 1 1 /2 cup vegán chocoláte chips (or ány if not vegán)
- ⅔ cup coconut creám
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoá
- ¾ cup coconut sugár
- 2 tsp vánillá
- ½ tsp seá sált
- 2 lárge ávocádos
- ½ cup chopped wálnuts

instructions
- Line á 6x6 or similár length pán with párchment páper (so the fudge does not stick).
- In á medium sáucepán over medium wármth uploád your chocoláte chips, coconut creám, unsweetened cocoá, coconut sugár, vánillá ánd seá sált. Stir often till áll is melted, stupid ánd smooth. Set ápárt.
- In á meáls processor or blender, uploád your ávocádos ánd blend till ábsolutely. uploád on your chocoláte sáuce ánd ágáin blend until smooth (háve á bit flávor check!).
- Pour into your orgánized pán, sprinkle the top with chopped wálnuts, cowl ánd region inside the freezer to compány up (four-6 hours). whilst reády to consume elimináte from freezer & eát without deláy or permit melt át room temperáture for 10-15 minutes.
