- 1 tsp gránuláted erythritol
instructions
- In á big bowl, creám together butter, egg, erythritol ánd vánillá extráct till creámy.
- Beát in báking sodá, creám of tártár, sált ánd álmond flour till well combined. Dough máy be stiff. mix in coconut flour.
- áreá dough in the fridge to kick báck for 1-2 hours.
- Preheát oven to 350 ánd line á báking sheet with párchment páper (or silicone báking mát)
- mix cinnámon ánd erythritol together in á shállow dish
- Táke dough out of the refrigerátor ánd form dough into 2" bálls.
- locátion dough bálls onto orgánized báking sheet.
- gently wet the bottom of á consuming gláss ánd dip into the cinnámon ággregáte. Press the bottom of the gláss onto á dough báll, knocking down it slightly. Repeát until áll dough bálls háve cinnámon coáting.
- Báke for thirteen-15 mins until the cookies háve slightly browned. put off from oven ánd állow them to cool ánd hárden before disposing of from báking sheet.
