Cracked Out Hot Chicken Salad

Fowl Salad is one in all our favourite brief lunches. i can whip up a batch, and we can eat it for a couple of days. i was searching out some thing a little specific for lunch the other day. I determined to "crack out" our favourite bird salad recipe and bake it. OMG! SOOOO appropriate. We cherished the addition of the cheddar, Sir Francis Bacon and ranch.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-1/2 cups Cooked chopped chicken
  • 1 Tbsp dry ranch mix
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips (Ruffles)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 8x8-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine chicken, ranch mix, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, onion powder, celery, mayonnaise, bacon and cheddar cheese. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
  3. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
