  • 1 cup plain whole-fat yogurt 
  • 1 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar for topping (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. heat oven to 375 and spray or line a normal or mini muffin tin.
  2. In a medium bowl, integrate the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
