  • 1-2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to suit your heat preference)
  • 4 skin off salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (mild, smoky or spicy)
  • 1/4 cup chives chopped
