It’s been pretty some time since I last published a recipe but I’m simply going to pretend that there was no yr pause among recipes and hold on like every is everyday ;-) I’ll begin posting a new recipe each week any further. Later I’ll try to do 2 recipes each week but for now I simply want to convey this recipe blog returned to life. It’ll be like starting once more as most of the people stopped checking in when I stopped posting, understandably.

So, I’m back with a recipe that I didn’t even make. My mum made it and that i just took pics and ate maximum of it! It wouldn’t be proper of me to put up a recipe that I hadn’t at the least tasted so I had a bit. Ingredients
- 120 grams (4.2 ounces) Butter
- 2 Cups Boiling water
- 1 Teaspoon BiCarb Soda
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 4 Cups Self raising flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 50 grams (1.8 ounces) Chopped Dates
instructions
- Preheat the oven to about a hundred and eighty degrees celsius (355 Fahrenheit)
- upload the butter, boiling water, dates and bicarb soda to a saucepan and warmth till the butter is melted. Stir the elements well and set aside to chill.
- add the closing substances and stir well.
- This have to be sufficient mixture for two general sized loaf tins. Pour half in every. they are more or less nine x five inches or 14 x 23 cm.
- Bake for about 50 mins.
- Take the nut loaf out while it's cooked and let it cool in the tin for approximately five mins.
