when i used to be a child i would devour handfuls of red Hots until my mouth turned into on fire. highly spiced cinnamon has been a favorite flavor ever given that. whilst i found cinnamon oil I knew I had to use it in a batch of crimson hot Cinnamon Gummies. these are low carb, gluten free, grain free, sugar-loose, and a THM FP. This recipe makes about 2 dozen gummies. you could double it to make greater. i exploit my own combo of xylitol, erythritol, and stevia in my recipes. that is twice as candy as sugar. Substitutions will paintings in maximum recipes. they'll not work in candies, which include caramel.

Ingredients
- 1 cups water
- 2 tbsp Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet or my sweetener
- 5-10 or more drops of cinnamon oil to taste
- 1-2 scoops of Better Stevia or your favorite stevia, optional
- 3 tbsp gelatin 4 packets
- Food coloring optional, I used a few drops of red
instructions
- combine first 3 substances in a small pot and heat over low to medium heat till very hot. flavor IT. you may add extra cinnamon oil or more sweetener (add stevia in case you'd like). Tailor it on your flavor buds.
- Slowly whisk inside the gelatin till dissolved. At this point I pour it through a mesh sieve to pressure out any pieces of gelatin that didn't dissolve. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate till company.
