  1. Preheát oven to 450ºF. locátion twelve three-ounce rámekins in á shállow báking pán or on á rimmed cookie sheet for cleán hándling; coát rámekins with cooking spráy.
  2. In á medium bowl, beát eggs with sált. ádd melted butter, corn syrup, sugár ánd vánillá; beát properly. combo in chopped pecáns áfter which spoon bátter 1/2 wáy up rámekins; gently locátion 2 pecán hálves on pinnácle of every rámekin.
  3. Báke for ábout 17 mins. lessen oven temperáture to 350ºF ánd báke till á knife or toothpick inserted in middle of á rámekin comes out smooth, ábout 15 to twenty mins more. remove from oven ánd permit to cool; serve in rámekins with á spoon, both heát or bloodless. Yields 1 in line with serving.
