easy low carb rolls made with the fathead dough recipe have a superb bread-like texture. Make an appropriate dinner rolls and sandwich rolls in minutes. I by no means subscribed to the “bread with dinner” thinking myself, however I admit to missing the occasional roll. a few dinners are made for rolls; soups and stews come to mind as do pot roasts and entrees served with a delicious pan sauce. those food need a little “some thing” to sop-up those lovely flavors. melt mozzarella and cream cheese collectively. add the cheese to a food processor and procedure with an egg till absolutely blended. add the dry ingredients and procedure once more. Freeze for 15 minutes, shape with oiled fingers, area on a coated baking sheet and bake. It couldn’t be easier.

  • 1 1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp plain whey protein isolate, (or coconut flour or oat fiber or 1/4 c. more almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda (or 1 tbsp baking powder)
Method


  1. soften the mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl at full strength for 1 minute. Stir, then warmness some other 30-45 seconds, it have to be molten. Scrape the cheese into the bowl of a meals processor and manner until thoroughly blended. upload the egg and blend until combined.
  2. upload the dry substances to the meals processor and method till very well blended (about 10-15 seconds).
  3.   6. gently oil your palms and lightly roll a portion of dough into a ball and drop it onto the organized cookie sheet to flatten the bottom. Repeat the procedure for the remaining dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or dehydrated onion, pressing very lightly into the dough to stick. 
  7. Bake for approximately thirteen-15 minutes.  The dough will brown and may break up. experience. maintain greater rolls in the fridge (or freezer) and gently heat before ingesting.
