Ingredients
Dry:

  • 2 cups gluten free uncooked oáts
  • 1/3 cup dried cránberries (I used oránge flávored)
  • 1/4 teáspoon cinnámon
  • 2 táblespoons ground fláx seed
  • 1/3 cup shelled pistáchios

Wet:

  • 1/2 cup honey (or máple if vegán)
  • 2 táblespoons coconut oil
  • 1 táblespoons unsweetened ápplesáuce (or pumpkin puree)

instructions

  1. Dry: integráte the dry substánces in á medium bowl. blend well.
  2. moist: In á smáll microwáve-sáfe bowl, combine the wet elements ánd microwáve for 30 seconds. Stir, microwáve on 20-second interváls till ábsolutely melted.
  3. uploád the wet to the dry elements ánd blend nicely until the combinátion forms á báll.
  4. For Bárs: Line á 9x9 pán with párchment ánd ádd the combinátion. Press down until it's even. Refrigeráte for á 3 hours or till tough. cut into 8 bárs. keep in án áirtight contáiner inside the fridge.
  5. For Bites: kick báck dough for 3 hours or until tough. Roll into 20 bálls ánd shop in án áirtight contáiner in the refrigerátor.
