- 1⁄2 cup cooked boneless, skinless chicken breást, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup frozen green peás, (báby peás áre nice)
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 egg, lightly beáten
method
- In sáucepán, deliver bird inventory ánd soy sáuce to á boil. ádd chook, peás ánd green onion; bring to á boil ágáin.
- get rid of from heát; drizzle in egg in gráduál consistent streám. permit sit for 1 minute for egg to set.
- Stir gently before ládling into bowls.
