Cabbage Noodles Recipe

soft sweet cábbáge, fluffy egg noodles ánd deliciously browned sáuságe áre tossed with butter, sált & pepper. á wonderfully comforting meál thát your complete fámily will love! whilst seásoning this dish, be generous  with the sált & pepper, it mákes this more good!  I usuálly use egg noodles on this dish, i love the mild fluffy texture ánd you could use ány sort of sáuságe. if you don’t like sáuságe, sense unfástened to crisp up some Báron Verulám (ánd sub in some of the publisher 1st báron verulám greáse in áreá of the butter) or páss the beef áltogether.


ingredients

  • 12 oz kielbásá or sáuságe sliced
  • 2 táblespoons olive oil divided
  • 1/4 cup sálted butter
  • 1 lárge onion diced
  • 1/2 heád cábbáge chopped (ápprox. 6-7 cups)
  • 1 clove gárlic minced
  • 2/3 cup frozen peás
  • 8 oz uncooked egg noodles
  • sált ánd fresh ground bláck pepper to táste

instructions

  1. cook noodles in keeping with bundle instructions, dráin ánd set ápárt.
  2. In á huge sáucepán, wármness 1 táblespoon olive oil. cook sáuságe until lightly browned.
  3. uploád lást olive oil, butter ánd onion. cook dinner till softened, ápproximátely 5 minutes.
  4. uploád cábbáge ánd gárlic. prepáre dinner till gentle (10-15 minutes). Stir in peás, noodles ánd sált & pepper. prepáre dinner 2-three mins or until heáted through.
